“This award was created in the year 2000 to honor individuals whose service to their company, community, and the brokerage community as a whole is invaluable to the firm and the profession. Your program lists the previous honorees.

This year’s award winner has advanced her career as an office administrator responsible for the day-to-day tasks of an office consisting of more than 100 agents.

She has continuously proven her abilities to multi-task what can often be an overwhelming daily workload and she carries out those tasks with a level of professionalism and talent that exceeds all expectations.

Whether training a new agent or providing information and resources to a seasoned veteran, this year’s honoree performs all tasks with thoroughness and a dedication to detail.

Having taken advantage of many in-service and managerial education courses, our honoree has proven her commitment to advancing her skills and knowledge as she works to improve the services she offers to her office agents and their clients.

A dedicated volunteer for numerous community and school-based activities over the years, please join me in honoring the Denver board of REALTORS® 2004 Support Person of the Year, from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Marge Frazee.”

The Denver Board is now accepting nominations for Support Person of the Year for 2005.

The Support Person of the Year Award is given to a support person whose service to their company, community, and the brokerage community as a whole is invaluable to the firm and the profession. Nominations for the award are accepted at the beginning of the year, and candidates are reviewed by an independent panel of real estate professionals. Applicants are judged on contributions to the industry, outstanding qualities, and any additional factors that set the individual apart in the award year.
